Coming Home to Your Body
Embodiment is the practice of living from your body, not just in it. Your body is a source of profound wisdom, an intelligent system constantly communicating with you. To embody is to learn its language—the language of sensation, intuition, and breath.
This is not about forcing your body into a certain shape or state, but about cultivating a kind and listening relationship with it. Through gentle movement, somatic awareness, and earthy yoga, we can release stored tension and learn to trust our body as a wise and constant home.
