Studio Policies

Welcome to Embracing Life Studio. These policies are designed to ensure a clear, supportive, and respectful experience for all members of our community. Please review them carefully as you engage with our offerings.

1. Purchase & Package Expiration:

  • Single Exploratory Sessions: Must be used within 90 days of the purchase date.
  • Private Packages: To honor your journey and our partnership, all private packages must be started within 90 days of purchase. Once initiated, sessions and package inclusions are to be completed within their designated timeframe (e.g., 3 months or 6 months) from your initial session date. This commitment supports consistent progress and integration.
  • Practice Room Group Sessions: Individual drop-in sessions and multi-session passes for Practice Rooms must be used in full within 90 days of the purchase date.
  • Rolling Series Group Sessions: Must be started within 90 days of purchase and completed within their specific timeframe (e.g., 4-week) from the series’ start date.
  • Deep Explorations Group Workshops: Registration is for the specific dates chosen for the workshop.

2. Session Modality:

All private sessions and group workshops are conveniently offered online via Zoom, allowing us to connect seamlessly from anywhere in the world.

For those desiring a more localized experience, limited in-person sessions and group gatherings are available seasonally in my Upstate New York (summer) and Southern California (winter) locations. Please inquire directly for current availability and scheduling for in-person opportunities.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling:

  • Private Sessions: You are welcome to cancel or reschedule your private session at any time with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. This courtesy allows for flexibility for all clients and ensures your dedicated time can be reallocated if needed.
  • Practice Room Group Sessions: You may cancel and reschedule your Practice Room drop-in sessions at any time before the session starts. IF done with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will need to send me a message BEFORE the start time and I will credit your account within 3 days.
  • Rolling Series Group Sessions: You may reschedule your Rolling Series start date at any time, within your 90-day commencement window, with at least 24 hours’ notice. Due to participant caps in these intimate group settings, this allows us to offer the space to someone else.
  • Deep Explorations Group Workshops: Registrations for specific, dated workshops are typically non-refundable and non-transferable once the workshop has begun, unless otherwise stated. Please contact me immediately if you anticipate a conflict.

4. My Commitment:

In the rare instance that I need to reschedule a session or group offering with less than 24 hours’ notice, I am committed to offering you your choice of a full refund for that specific session (prorated from any package or series investment) or priority rescheduling.

5. Refund Policy:

Please note that investments in purchased sessions, packages, and group workshop registrations are non-refundable. However, I understand that circumstances can change.

  • For Private Packages: Should you need to discontinue your package, I welcome a conversation to explore options for transferring any unused sessions or remaining package value to another ELS offering, or potentially to a friend or loved one.
  • For Group Workshops & Series: Depending on the specific offering and timing of your request, I may be able to offer transfer options to a future series or to another participant, though this is not guaranteed.
